Our Store

Speeding Queen Designs LLC is an online-only boutique. We do not have a physical retail location open to the public. All orders are shipped directly to you. 🖤

Multiple Shipments

Please Note: Your order may contain items from multiple warehouses and packages may arrive separately. Please wait for all packages in your order to arrive before submitting a return request for missing items.

Package Inspection Notice

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Any damages, defects, or incorrect items must be reported right away with photos and proof of purchase to sqdllc@speedingqueendesignsllc.com. Failure to inspect all packages upon arrival may affect your eligibility for a return or exchange.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. Your 30-day return window begins once your return request has been submitted and approved by our team — not from the date of delivery. This ensures you have a fair and stress-free return experience.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To submit a return request you will need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue or condition

How to Start a Return

Please include your proof of purchase and photos of the item. Once we review and approve your request, we will coordinate the return process with our fulfillment team on your behalf. Returns will only be processed after a return request has been submitted and approved by our team.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, intimate apparel/lingerie/underwear, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact us at sqdllc@speedingqueendesignsllc.com. Once your exchange is approved, we will coordinate with our fulfillment team to send your replacement item.

For EU Countries Only — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For all orders shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of your request. You are not required to return the item. This applies to all items including intimate apparel, lingerie, and underwear.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and confirmed by our fulfillment team, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sqdllc@speedingqueendesignsllc.com.

Please Note: The full return process may take up to 20-25 business days depending on your location and our fulfillment team's processing time.
